  1. 1 Fill in the form Opens in a new tab. Player details, parent details, medical notes and the indemnity tick.
  2. 2 Pay R1 500 via PayFast 10 sessions, paid once. Card or instant EFT. Use the player's name as the reference.
    Pay via PayFast Payment link goes live with the form.
  3. 3 We confirm on WhatsApp Within a day you get a message from the coach with the kit list and the first session plan. First session is Thursday 5 Nov, 6 PM.

What the Form Asks.

Have the player next to you. Medical notes and the indemnity need a parent or guardian.

Before you pay

You Must Commit.

15 spots means 15 players who turn up. Read this with the player before you sign.

All 10 sessionsThursdays 6 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 10 AM, 5 Nov to 5 Dec. Tell the coach before a session if you cannot make it.
Paid once, up frontR1 500 via PayFast holds the spot. Unpaid sign ups are released after 48 hours.
