No Base. No Season. is a 5 week block for players aged 13 to 19, run by Strong & Courageous Rugby at Goliath Fit for Purpose. This is what you agree to when you sign up.
Thursdays 6 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 10 AM, 5 November to 5 December 2026. 10 sessions in total. Goliath Fit for Purpose, Unit 16B, Fish Eagle Park, Kommetjie Road. If a session has to move, the coach tells every parent on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before.
R1 500 for the full block, paid once via PayFast after the sign up form. A spot is confirmed when payment clears. Unpaid sign ups are released after 48 hours so the next player can take the spot.
Full refund if you cancel before the first session on 5 November, or if we cancel the block. After the first session there are no refunds. If the player is injured for the rest of the block, with a doctor's note, the unused sessions carry over to the next block.
15 spots, 10 sessions, one group. Players commit to all 10. A parent tells the coach on WhatsApp before any session the player cannot attend. Missed sessions are not refunded. Repeated no shows without a message can cost the spot.
Players are minors, so a parent or guardian signs the indemnity in the sign up form and declares all medical conditions, injuries and medication. The head coach is BokSmart accredited and first aid trained. Training carries a risk of injury. Strong & Courageous Rugby and Goliath Fit for Purpose are not liable for injury or loss except where the law says otherwise.
One standard on the floor. Players listen to the coach, work hard, respect the gym, the kit and each other. Bullying, dangerous play or disrespect gets one warning. The second time the player leaves the block with no refund.
We sometimes photograph sessions for Strong & Courageous and Goliath social media. Photo consent is a separate, optional tick in the form. No tick, no photos of your child.
Sign up details are used to run the programme and to contact parents about it. They are kept by the head coach and shared with Goliath Fit for Purpose only for access to the gym. Nothing is sold or passed on.
